I recently read an article on Forbes’ website about the value of teamwork and autonomy and how those ideas were used to build one organization.

This software engineering organization allows their employees to form multidisciplinary teams and then select projects surrounding problems they want to solve or features they want to build. These teams stay together until those projects are done and then find new teams. The organization believes that this type of teamwork in the organization leads to better software at a quicker pace.
