We’ll focus on:

1. The four elements of feedback
2. Your relationship to feedback—what's easy and what's hard
3. Strategies for tailoring feedback to one of the people you manage

In this session, you’ll learn how DiSC^® can help you support the people you manage to deal with change. 

We’ll focus on:

1. The change curve, a model for understanding how we experience change
2. Your own reaction to change
3. Different needs people have when dealing with change
4. Tactics for supporting someone you manage through change

Managers identify motivators and demotivators for themselves and their team based on DiSC style. They create action plans to foster an inspiring and exciting work environment.
