As a leader, you impact those around you. Research shows that people’s relationships with their leaders, especially their direct managers, is one of the most critical determinants of how effective, efficient and engaged they are at work. So the question is never “will you make a difference.” It is always “what difference will you make?”
The Leadership Challenge® Workshop is an interactive journey of self-discovery. Built around The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®, the course engages participants in a number of thought-provoking activities and discussions (this is not a lecture-based program!). Along the way, participants will interact with each other to develop practical strategies for how they can each apply the concepts to one or more of the real life challenges they currently face as leaders. Upon conclusion, participants will have new appreciation for and ability to: Model the Way; Inspire a Shared Vision; Challenge the Process; Enable Others to Act; and Encourage the Heart.
Prior to the session, participants will complete the Leadership Practices Inventory® 360 (aka LPI® 360). This powerful assessment, used by more than 5 million people around the world, will gather feedback from the leader’s manager, direct reports and other colleagues and co-workers. LPI 360 Reports are distributed during the workshop, providing participants with an invaluable look into how they are perceived in the world.
