Leaders Encourage The Heart

It’s pretty safe to say that most of us do better work when we feel encouraged by our leaders. It’s always nice to have someone at your back, cheering you on. And this is a practice that we can all get into, regardless of your level in the organization. Recognize the members of your team when they do something awesome. And rewards don’t have to be costly, the point is just to recognize and encourage.
