Good leadership increases productivity by 12%

We all know bad bosses chase good people away. So it’s not hard to believe the results of a five-year Stanford Graduate School of Business Study that found that swapping out a good leader for a bad one improved productivity by 12 percent. And those results are for the hard-working middle managers not the C-Suite types!
