Everything DiSC® Management Certification is designed to increase confidence and expertise in delivering the Everything DiSC Management program. The course uses a blended-learning approach spanning four weeks, involving:

HOW IT WORKS:

The course uses a blended-learning approach spanning four weeks, involving:

• Self‐directed online learning: Modularized, engaging activities that allow you to absorb the content at your own pace; online activities must be completed before their corresponding live virtual-classroom session
• Live virtual‐classroom sessions: Three 90‐minute instructor-led webinars that apply online learning via small and large-group activities with peers
• Project Team Plan: Ongoing assignment that promotes application of the learning to a real or potential workshop. You will present your plan for this in the third live session.

Learner Take-Aways:

Learners will step into the facilitator’s shoes and demonstrate:

• Expertise in the Everything DiSC^® and management key concepts
• Confidence and competence in facilitating Everything DiSC Management, going beyond the Facilitation Kit to spark behavioral change among manager participants
• Ability to customize and apply the Everything DiSC^® Management program to meet the needs of the modern-day manager, team, or organization

Dates to know:

Program Components:

• Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week) conducted over a four week period – the first of which is self-directed
• Practice facilitating with small groups and exploring challenging scenarios that could come up during workshops
• Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
• Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Continued participation for any learner in the course is at Wiley’s discretion. Automatic suspension occurs in the case of unacceptable behavior. Suspension includes not being able to sit for the final exam. Unacceptable behavior includes rudeness inappropriate comments failure to attend and failure to participate. In advance of the suspension being issued course faculty will contact the partner who registered the learner. If a suspended learner wishes to make-up missed work he or she must retake the entire course due to its collaborative nature.
