Program Schedule for Lean Culture & the Role of Leadership – The Full Experience

Program Structure & Webinar Calendar:

Integris is happy to invite you to a series of webinar programs in the coming months designed to enhance your leadership skills and enable interaction between more people in the group.  Look below for a description of each program, and the link to register.

February and March 2014:

Participants completed the LPI® assessment, a 360 survey that provides new and valuable insights into the frequency in which key leadership behaviors are demonstrated.

Weeks of March 10 & 17:

Participants joined a session of Lean Culture & the Role of Leadership, a one-day, highly interactive workshop. During this session, participants were introduced to the Four Dimensions of Lean Culture®, learned about The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® and received their personal LPI assessment report.

After these workshops, participants formed “Learning Pods” – groups of 4-6 people that are intended to support each person’s learning throughout the rest of the program.

The Learning Pods will continue to work throughout the year on thoughtful and engaging assignments designed to encourage discussion about how the concepts impact them personally, and how they each can develop greater confidence and frequency in practicing new leadership skills as they support their respective organizations’ efforts to build a Lean Culture.

Learning Pod activities throughout the program are designed to be completed virtually, enabling participants to join learning pods with government leaders from other geographical areas.
