COMMIT TO DECISIONS
Be clear about the overall team direction and priorities.
Bring the team together to discuss and come to a resolution around the following questions:
- Why does our team exist?
- How do we want our team to behave?
- What do we want our team to achieve?
- How will we know we’ve succeeded?
- What is most important—right now?
- Who must do what?
Food for Thought:
When teams are aligned around common goals and objectives, there is both buy-in and clarity on the core operating principles that drive team actions.
