Be clear about team direction and priorities

Be clear about overall team direction and priorities

Today’s Tip: Bring the team together to discuss and come to resolution around the following questions: Why does our team exist? How do we want our team to behave? What do we want our team to achieve? How will we know we’ve succeeded? What is most important—right now? Who must do what?

Food for Thought: When teams are aligned around common goals and objectives, there is both buy-in and clarity on the core operating principles that drive team actions.
