Today’s Tip: Take the lead by acknowledging your own vulnerabilities in a discussion this week. Don’t waste time and energy pretending to be someone you’re not. Be you!

Food for Thought: When individuals get to know each other on a personal level, they are more likely to give one another the benefit of the doubt, making it feel easier and safer to admit mistakes. Find opportunities to bring the team together to build shared experiences and grow trust, such as out-of-office time for planning sessions, team-building adventures, or routine social activities.
