Set a personal example of what is expected

Today’s Tip: Write down the top expectations your team has of you as a leader. Score yourself on a scale of 1 – 5 on how well you are doing on each. Then reflect on what actions you can take to lead in a way that is more consistent with the group’s expectations and shared values.

Food for Thought: Becoming the most effective leader you can be starts with making sure that your actions align with the values you and your team share.
