When you see something, say something

ENCOURAGE THE HEART: Publicly recognize people who exemplify commitment to shared values

Today’s Tip: When you see something, say something. Be specific when you praise people for a job well done, and let their peers hear you as well.

Food for Thought: Leaders create a spirit of community by celebrating the values of the group and the contributions of each individual. Values are the bottom line of an individual and of a team. It’s important that these be discussed and recognized publicly.
